IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING THE YEAR END AWARDS DINNER!! LAST DAY TO SIGN-UP IS THIS THURSDAY 26 MAY!!!!

URGENT!!!!

If you planning on attending the Awards Dinner on June 9^th you MUST sign up by Thursday May 26^th.  The sign-up sheet will be available at the duty desk.  This dinner is open to all cadets and any guests they wish to bring.  Having said that, if you are bringing any guests – parents, siblings, grandparents etc –you MUST have a $10 deposit per guest handed in by May 26^th.

 If you will not be at cadets on May 26^th, please email your name and number of guests to 2137pac@gmail.com. Don’t forget to indicate if there are any dietary needs.

Pass the word around to your cadet colleagues and let’s make sure that no cadet is left out!  We will be handing out our corps trophies at this dinner:

 If your name is not on the list (email or sign-up sheet), we cannot guarantee that there will be a dinner for you and your guests.
