Hello,
We are looking for someone to co ordinate and organizing the year end Bar-B-Q which is taking place on June 19th at Edworthy park.
You would need to organize volunteers to bring food (salads and deserts will be pot-luck style), as well as arranging for a couple of volunteers to bring a Bar-B-Q (or 2), and to help with the cooking and set up/take down.
PAC will pay for Beef hot dogs, buns, condiments plates, napkins and cutlery, but these items need to be arranged to be purchased.
Please let me know ASAP if you are able to take on this task.
