The following cadets have not confirmed the receipt of travel orders.  If you are on this list, please check all email that you have listed on your contact information and confirm receipt of the orders.

If you have not received your travel orders email Capt Ellis as soon as possible for the orders to be resent to you.

Hi,
Please reply to this email address only confirming you have received this email and the enclosed documents.
Enclosed are the Travel Itinerary and supporting Joining Instructions for your cadet.
For some cadets there is an Intake (leaving Calgary) and Exhaust (arriving back in Calgary). For others the Exhaust will be available at a later date.
In the Joining Instructions, please pay special attention to the pages which discuss (and sign as required):
  - Record of Valuable Items
  - Code of Conduct
  - Over the Counter/Prescription Medication Administration
  - Parental Pick Up & Consent of Release & Liability (fill out this form if your parents are picking you up or dropping you off at camp)
For those going to Rocky Mountain Training Centre, please also read and sign:
  - Supplemental Exam
  - Parent/Guardian Consent
It is vital that your cadet arrive at the departure site:
  - on time
  - wearing your C1 uniform. Highland Kit (kilts, etc) are not allowed .  Glens are ok.
  - have a signed copy of Offer of Participation and Travel Itinerary (Itinerary attached; blank offer attached - you should have received your original offer on the last day of cadets))
  - have a copy of your immunization record indicating you have been vaccinated against measles
  - bring a water bottle and a peanut free snack for the trip
Parents/guardians, please do not leave the drop off site until your cadet has been processed by the Intake Staff.
