There are several different Remembrance Day activities that are occurring:
Remembrance Day - Cadet Guard with the Regiment (Silver Stars and above ONLY)
Dress: C1A/C1H - You will be outdoors for the duration of the ceremony. Dress for the weather! If you have your cadet parka, wear that and your issued black gloves. Otherwise, wear a winter jacket and gloves. Ensure you have a poppy on your uniform!
Timings: 0845hrs - 12000hrs
Location: Meet at Mewata for 0845hrs. Dismissal will be from Mewata at 1200hrs
Additional Info: Ensure you eat a proper breakfast and are well hydrated. You will be outdoors for the duration of the ceremony. Please dress for the weather. You will be parading with the Regiment. Parents, friends, and family are welcomed to attend and stay for the service. Please meet at Mewata. When the cadets are finished, they will be transported by bus back to Mewata for dismissal. Please pick up you child there.

Remembrance Day - Cadet Guard at the Centotaph Ceremony (Recruits, Green, and Red Stars)
Dress: C1A/C1H - You will be outdoors for the duration of the ceremony. Dress for the weather! If you have your cadet parka, wear that and your issued black gloves. Otherwise, wear a winter jacket and gloves. Ensure you have a poppy on your uniform!
Timings: Meet at the Cenotaph for 1015hrs. Dismissal will be from the Cenotaph at 1200hrs.
Location: Cenotaph, 1221 2nd Street SW
Additional Info: You will be forming up to one side of the Cenotaph (along with the public). Ensure you eat a proper breakfast and are well hydrated. You will be outdoors for the duration of the ceremony. Please dress for the weather. You will be formed up as a guard with the public. Parents, friends, and family are welcomed to attend and stay for the service.

Remembrance Day - Escort to Wreath Layers
Dress: C1A/C1H - You will be outdoors for the duration of the ceremony. Dress for the weather! If you have your cadet parka, wear that and your issued black gloves. Otherwise, wear a winter jacket and gloves. Ensure you have a poppy on your uniform!
Timings: Meet at the Cenotaph for 1000hrs. Dismissal will be from the Cenotaph at 1200hrs.

Remembrance Day - 264 Legion
Dress: C1A/C1H: Ensure you have your poppy on your uniform!
Timings: Meet at the 264 Legion for 0900hrs; dismissal will be 1200hrs or at the conclusion of the ceremony
Location: 264 Legion, 1918 Kensington Rd NW
Additional Info: We will need approximately 6 cadets to act as escorts and ushers for the Remembrance Day Ceremony at our sponsor Legion. The ceremony is indoors. Ensure you eat a proper breakfast and are well hydrated. Parents, friends, and family are welcomed to attend and stay for the service.

Essentially the vast majority of the cadets will be at the Cenotaph. Select the appropriate sign-up to add your name to the list! We strongly encourage all cadets (along with their families and friends) to attend the ceremony. Not only will this count as a Citizenship activity (allowing you to complete one of the Performance Objectives required for you to pass your star level), you get to show off to the citizens of Calgary that you are part of the Calgary Highlanders Family.
