Not an overnight activity, parent drop off and pick up from the activity location
Location: Hotel Alma, University of Calgary, 169 University Gate NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1N4
Dress: Service dress (tunic, tie, bars instead of medals, pants instead of kilts).
- Highland kit will NOT be worn to regionally directed activities as a result of the new dress policy. If you do not have a regular tunic or pants, the ones you own no longer fit or you are missing the badges required to add to your regular tunic, please see Stores ASAP. If you are exchanging sizes, please bring the pants/tunic with you. At minimum, the tunic should have the following badges sewn on it: Highlanders shoulder badges, RCAC badges, rank, & star level.
Rations: Breakfast, lunch & supper on Saturday and Breakfast & lunch on Sunday will be provided.
Cadets will be provided meal wrist bands when signing in.
Additional Details/Reminders:
- The permission form MUST be returned by Thursday December 5th. It can also be returned on Monday December 2nd or to Lt(N) Ogilvie on Slack. We require a copy of the form and the original is to be brought with you to the workshop. If you need a new one, ASK!
- If you have not received your schedule for the workshop, please see Lt(N) Ogilvie. Bring the schedule to the workshop.
- Cadets that have the Stress Management Workshop on their schedule are to bring hangers for their uniform and a change of clothes to do light activity
