Situation: The Calgary Highlanders will be holding Grand Highland Ball on 29 Feb 20.
2137 Calgary Highlanders Cadets have been requested to assist in the execution of this event. We require Cadets for the following tasks:
- Registration desk
- Guard/Greeters
- Information booth
2 Sr. Cadets to assist with gift distribution from 2200 to 0000 Hrs
General Cadet assisttance will be required from 1730 to 1930.
