If you are over 18 years old you must have a valid ProServe certificate to volunteer at any Flames and Stampeders games (and carry it on you at all shifts).
To obtain the certification, please create an account at https://smartprograms.aglc.
Leave the "Registered Gaming Working Number" blank.
You must then send Corry ( cvcruickshank@outlook.com ) the following:
1. Your registration number (you can login in and then go to your profile to obtain the number);
2. Your full name as it appears on your government issued ID; and
3. The email address you used to create the account.
Once Corry has this information She will submit it to ProServe and they will grant you access to the program for free. It takes 2+ hours to complete the program. You must send Corry a copy of your certificate so I can then send it to the Stampeders and Flames organization before you can start volunteering.
When signing up for shifts please indicate if you are a minor and, if you are signing up for more than one person, indicate who is coming. Corry needs FULL names on the sign up as she need to submit everything a minimum of 5 days before the game.So if you are planning to volunteer don't wait until the day before to sign up we must confirm our number 5 days prior to the event.
