CADETS REQUIRED FOR BREAKFAST ON THE BRIDGE THIS SATURDAY 17 JUNE 2017 @ 0430HRS

Yes, you read that right - 0430hrs is the meeting time.  Breakfast on the Bridge is an annual event put on by the Calgary Military Family Resource Centre to raise funds for military families in our city.  Read the article in the Calgary Sun to find out more information on the event:  http://www.calgarysun.com/2017/03/15/breakfast-on-the-bridge-returns-to-calgary

Here are the details for the event:

1.       12 Cadets are requested from Sea, Army and Air Cadets (36 total) to form the Honour Guard/Escort duties. In addition, some of these Cadets will likely also double-hat in raising and lowering the Canadian flag at the start and end of the activity.
2.       Cadets are to RV at the Peace Bridge NLT 0430 hrs on that day, as guests will start to arrive by 0500 hrs. It is expected that the activity will be finished NLT 0930 hrs.
3.       LCdr Bob Newton has agreed to be the OPI on that day, at the activity. He will be at the location NLT 0415 hrs on that day.

I know that we have our Gathering of the Clans on the same day, but the CO is granting permission for you to attend this event and then come to the Gathering of the Clans later.  We are very short on Army Cadets this year and would like to get a few out so that we can match the Sea and Air cadets who will be there as well.
