1) KIT CHECK ON THURSDAY: Make sure you have your kit complete (reference to the kit list distributed last Thursday) and bring it with you and ready for check this Thursday. It will be checked and loaded ready to go for Friday.
2) Departure for the site is on Friday (19th Jan). Be at Mewata No Later Than 1800. If some parts of your kits were missing the previous day, you must bring it. Otherwise, you may not participate.
3) Arrival will be on the 21st in the afternoon 1530. We encourage parents to pick up their cadets at that time.
4) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONSULT THE WEB SITE FREQUENTLY IN THE LAST 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE! If we have to cancel the activity due to weather or any other exceptional circumstance, the web site will contain this information.
