Exciting News & Great Opportunity
Our season is just starting for volunteering at the Stampeder's!!! We will be working the West BBQ again and will need a minimum of 12 -18 volunteers for each game of which 4 must be adults with pro-serve. Cadets - you need to be 15 years of age in order to volunteer. These games allow you to complete the Citizenship and the Community Service Performance Objective of your Star Level - it's an easy way to knock those off! There are 10 regular season games plus play offs. So come on down and show your team spirit and have fun!!!
These games are one of the fundraisers our corps does throughout the year to help generate funds to cover the cost of activities that are not supported (ie. paid for) by the Department of National Defence. These activities include our Solo FTX, our Senior NCO Development Weekend, our Sports Night at the Leisure Centre, and our Battlefield Tours - just to name a few!
