1917 VICTORIES GALA ADDITIONAL INFO (FOR BOTH VOLUNTEERS AND FOR PIPES AND DRUMS!

When:  1700hrs - 2200hrs, 20 Oct 2017 (for cadet volunteers); 1830 - 2030hrs, 20 Oct 2017 (for Pipes and Drums)
Dress:  C1's
Where:   Telus Convention Centre, 120 – 9th Ave, S.E., Calgary, AB 
Additional Details:  Ensure you eat something prior to your arrival.  Meet at the main doors and Maj Sun will direct you to where you need to go.  You will be in Show Office One, which is located on the 3rd level, accessed by the elevator near the escalators.  You can leave your kit/equipment there.  

We do have room for 1 - 2 more cadets if you are interested and available to volunteer!  This is a fairly high profile event - the Lieutenant Governor and Lieutenant General Wynnck, Commander of the Canadian Forces will be present.
