PARENTS, THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR YOU!

The Commanding Officer's Parade is a very special time of the month when the members of the entire Company demonstrate their progress and expresses their readiness, their good morale and Esprit de Corps.

To the Commanding Officer, it is an opportunity to assess the Company and, more important, to acknowledge group and individual efforts, to offer awards and promotions, to announce new positions and responsibilities. The Commanding Officer also invites a guest, a Reviewing Officer, who will also witness the success of the Company.

To the Cadets, this is the time of the month when they turn focus on their past successes and the ones to come, the lessons they learned, the challenges they overcame. It is the March Past of the Month when, more than any other parade night they will salute the Reviewing Officer and the Commanding Officer by looking in their eyes thinking "I am proud and I am ready".

When they turn their eyes, saluting the dais, and the parents stand behind the Reviewing Officer and the Commanding Officer, it is inevitable... their look and their salute also goes to you!

Every month, you can join the Supporters of RCACC 2137 and the Officers at the CO's Parade and witness the Company's successes and achievements starting at 20:15. And bring a camera! You never know when a memorable moment will happen!
