All cadets who have been selected to attend summer training MUST try on their C1s (in particular the pants, tunic, beret and parade boots) to ensure they fit when you travel to and from the Cadet Training Centre. Supply will be open this Thursday 7 June and the following Thursday 14 June for exchanges of uniform parts. These will be the ONLY days you can get your uniform exchange done, so try your uniform ASAP.
The reason you need to make sure your uniform fits is you ARE NOT authorized to travel to Summer Training Centres wearing Highland accoutrements (ie. glen and kilt). You may bring your Glen with you HOWEVER ensure that it is locked away from prying eyes at all times. These things tend to grow legs at summer camp and you are to do everything in your power to prevent that from occurring!
